Your onboarding call is a chance to put a human face to your journey — tell us about your business, and make sure we understand where you're headed and how we can best support you.

If you've purchased a business structure setup with us, we'll provide advice on the best structure and answer any questions you might have.

Before you book, we'll ask you to complete a short onboarding form. It takes about 10 minutes and gives us everything we need to make the conversation as useful as possible from the first minute.

All packages are available on a monthly rolling basis. If you'd prefer to commit annually, you get two months free — saving $790 on Basecamp, $2,790 on Ascent, and $4,700 on Summit.
You can cancel at any time before your next renewal period. Monthly plan — before your next monthly billing date. Annual plan — before your annual renewal date. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Yes — accounting and business advisory fees are generally deductible as a business expense when you're operating a business. We'd always recommend confirming with us at your first meeting as every situation is different.
Quickly. We can have your business structure set up within days of your onboarding call, and your Xero accounts configured within a week after that. Most clients are up and running, invoicing, and collecting within two weeks of signing up.
Xero is cloud-based accounting software that keeps your financial records in real time. It connects your bank, invoices, expenses, and reporting in one place. It's the foundation of everything we do — without it, we can't give you accurate numbers or timely advice. DEXT works alongside it to capture receipts automatically so nothing gets lost.

Every month we run a live 60-minute session on Zoom — 30 minutes of presentation and 30 minutes of open Q&A. Topics cover business structure, finance, marketing, sales, systems, people, and growth strategy. Sessions are recorded for clients who can't attend live. You also get one free guest pass per session.
